ELECTRICAL PROJECT QUALITY SPECIFICATION
Fullfilling Customer contract expectations are a primary objective of the BAFNA ELECTRIC COMPANY. Quality system. To insure the customer expectations will be fulfilled, BAFNA ELECTRIC COMPANY. Clearly defines the requirements of each contract before it is approved.
The project manager ensures that the information in customer contract clearly defines customer expectations and that the necessary details are provided to set requirement for construction.
BAFNA ELECTRIC COMPANY Personnel nad subcontractors and suppliers are accountable for complines to standards based written specifications.
To achieve expectations reliably and consistently, specification are clearly spelled out, not only for results but also for processes. Specifications apply to materials, work steps, qualified personnel and subcontractors and suppliers, safe work rules and environment conditions.
Standard ensures that results are specified rather than left to discretionary practices.
ALL BAFNA ELECTRIC COMPANY Construction activities comply with generally accepted good workmanship practices and industry standards.
WORK TASK QUALITY INSPECTION
Incoming Material inspection verify the materials are as specified and meet all requirement necessary to assure quality results.
Work in progress inspection continuously verifies that work conforms to project specifications and quality expectations.
Inspection results are recorded and maintained as part of the project file.
Construction project may execute a work task multiple times in a project, in which case a series of quality inspection required for each work task.
ELECTRICAL EXECUTION & INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
- BOQ/PO Quantity and Tender Drawing material Quantity has been matched.
- Make list of material has approved/received from client or Costing/Accounts Department.
- Workplace is ready for work with all safety measures
- All Safety equipment (PPE, Tools) has provided by company /contractor of their workman
- All work permits (General, Height, Fire) etc provided from company/client.
- Shop drawing prepared and approve from Clint/PMC
- Project work schedule received /finalized with Clint project team.
- Work progress report should be submit to Clint /PMC every day.
- Safety Toolbox meeting on daily with workman at site
